This is a compilation of CD liner note credits, online information and personal inquiries, but certainly isn't complete and is only as accurate as the source material. I think it's fascinating to find out who's playing what and to hear how this changes the sound of the section, so additional info is more than welcome (especially where sections are incomplete), as are any corrections. Also, I will try to designate who was (1st) in each section where possible, although there are often multiple sections per picture, so again, this is just according to the best information I've been able to come across.
